Dr Samudrala Bharathi persuaded her Undergraduate and masters from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. She is an eminent pathologist with more than a decade of experience in the field of Laboratory Medicine. Presently she is heading the Operations in Hi-tech Metropolis, Chennai.

Dr Bharathi has led Laboratories like SRL Diagnostics, Apollo Hospitals, Medall Healthcare, and Gem Hospitals and is trained in diagnostics and laboratory operations. She equally balanced her interest in Pathology by sticking to the daily Histopathology reporting and also her leadership skills. She has worked for NABL and CAP Accreditations for Various Laboratories in India and in Kuwait. She is skilled in managing staff, logistics, materials, engineering, accounts and IT departments. She is trained in Risk Audit, Internal Audits and Management Review Meets (MRM)  Conducting CME’S workshops and quiz’s. She is also interested in Quality assurance planning and Implementation, Quality Assurance/manual or document preparation & Safety
